However, environmental factors like heat, humidity, rain, snow, or even vibrations during transit can occasionally compromise the quality of a product. While rare, these occurrences may render a product unsafe for consumption.

In cases where a replacement is needed, we may ask you to destroy the product to ensure your safety and the safety of others, including animals and pets, who could potentially come into contact with it. To help you safely discard the contents, please follow these simple steps: 

Steps to Safely Dispose of the Product

  1. Prepare a Bowl

    • Select a bowl large enough to hold all the contents of the product.

  2. Add Warm Water

    • Fill the bowl with warm water.

  3. Set Up in the Sink

    • Place the bowl in your sink to prevent spills or splashes.

  4. Empty the Product into the Bowl

    • Carefully pour the capsules, tablets, or powder into the water.

  5. Document the Disposal

    • Write or print the current date on a piece of paper using dark, legible ink.

    • Place the paper beside the bowl.

    • Take a clear photo showing the submerged product and the paper with the date visible.

  6. Discard Safely

    • Once you’ve taken the photo, dispose of the contents safely.

    • Be cautious of splashes, which can stain clothes and surfaces.

  7. Validate with Customer Service

    • Attach the photo to your reply and send it to our Customer Service team for verification here.
